Job summary

Oho Group in Cambridge is seeking an experienced RF Electronics Test Lead to drive testing and verification of complex RF and electronic products. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for test strategy, fault investigation and continuous improvement of test processes.

You will work with hardware, firmware, systems and manufacturing teams to ensure performance, quality and reliability, lead test activities, develop automated test solutions and mentor engineers to

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline.
• Strong practical experience in RF electronics testing and verification.
• Experience leading technical test activities or mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF and electronics test activities, including verification, validation and regression testing.
• Define test strategies, plans and procedures to ensure comprehensive product coverage.
• Support and guide engineers in RF testing, debugging and fault investigation.
• Oversee the use and development of automated test solutions.
• Analyse test results, lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively with design, systems, quality and manufacturing teams.
• Improve test processes, equipment capability and overall test efficiency.
