Oho Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electronics Test Team Lead to drive a high-performance group of engineers, shape verification strategies and oversee automated testing initiatives. The role demands leadership, hands-on testing expertise and effective cross-functional collaboration.

You will guide test plans, ensure coverage across verification and regression cycles, and mentor engineers while coordinating with design, systems, manufacturing and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Strong electronics and/or RF test and verification experience.
• Experience developing automated test solutions using Python.
• Familiarity with industry-standard electronic and RF test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of electronics and test engineers.
• Define verification strategies, test plans and coverage.
• Drive the development of automated test solutions using Python.
• Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee verification, validation, characterisation and regression testing.
• Manage resources, priorities and technical risks.
• Work closely with Design, Systems, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring.
