Job summary

Cirrus Selection Limited in Stevenage is seeking an experienced Team Lead - RF Design to lead RF design packages and guide a technical team within a defence-focused engineering and manufacturing business.

You will work alongside the Group Lead and Technical Experts to deliver complex RF designs from concept to delivery, with a focus on manufacturability and testability; UK Security Clearance will be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF design packages and provide day-to-day leadership to the team.
• Collaborate with Group Lead and Technical Experts on challenging UK defence projects.
• Ensure design for manufacture and test across modern transceiver architectures.
• Plan tasks and activities, contributing to on-time, on-budget delivery.
