Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking a Systems Lead Engineer - RF for a 12 month contract, based in Bristol or Stevenage. The role offers up to £85 per hour Inside IR35 and requires SC clearance due to defence industry involvement.

You will lead the RF data link system development, manage requirements, and coordinate internal and external suppliers while guiding junior engineers through design reviews and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding RF communication principles and design.
• Experience managing project timescales and deliverables, with technical leadership of a small engineering team.
• Good interaction skills, verbal and written communication.
