Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced RF Communications Product Development Lead to provide technical and programme leadership across complex aerospace and space programmes.

You will lead the development and delivery of RF communications products and subsystems from requirements through design, qualification and production, coordinating engineering teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure performance and maturity.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF communications, satellite communications, space/aerospace environments.
• Producing and reviewing specifications, interface documentation and verification evidence.
• Strong leadership and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery against technical, cost, quality and schedule objectives.
• Act as the primary interface with suppliers throughout development, qualification and production.
• Coordinate engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing and project teams.
• Lead design, qualification, manufacturing-readiness and product-acceptance reviews.
• Produce and review requirements, specifications, interface documentation and verification evidence.
• Support link-budget, data-volume and system-performance analysis.
• Manage technical risks, non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Support statements of work, change requests and supplier performance management.
