Job summary

TTP plc, an employee-owned technology and product development consultancy, is recruiting a RF/communications engineer in the Defence & Aerospace team near Cambridge. You will work on ambitious projects spanning sensing, secure comms, autonomy and deployable capabilities.

You will collaborate with experts to move concepts to real-world systems, contributing from early development to customer deployment while enjoying varied facilities and a culture that values entrepreneurship and technical

Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in RF and communications systems with hands-on experience.
1st or 2:1 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Eng or related field.
Creative, practical problem solver with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop specialist RF/communications capabilities for defence and aerospace clients.
Contribute across air defence, counter-UAS and space situational awareness projects.
Collaborate across teams to translate ideas into deployable capabilities.
