Job summary

TTP seeks an RF engineer to develop specialist radar payloads and secure communications for defence and aerospace clients. You’ll contribute to air defence, CUAS, and space situational awareness while thriving in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that values technical excellence and leadership.

You will work on diverse projects from concept to deployable capability, with opportunities to shape your career and expand skills across markets and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in radar design and development, with hands-on experience building and debugging radar circuits and systems.
• Creative, hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop specialist communications and radar payloads for clients from start-ups to Tier 1 defence and aerospace.
• Contribute to new capabilities across air defence, CUAS, non-standard communications and space situational awareness.
• Work in a commercially minded, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment to deliver impact.
