Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is seeking Recycling Operatives for a busy warehouse in Swan Valley, Northampton. Day shifts pay £13.00 per hour and night shifts £13.50 per hour. Shifts run 8:00am–8:00pm (day) and 8:00pm–8:00am (night) with a Friday–Sunday pattern and immediate starts available.

You will sort and separate cardboard for recycling, operate baling machinery, keep areas clean and safe, and follow health and safety procedures as part of a team. Experience is helpful but not essential.
