Job summary

Proactive Recruitment Limited are currently seeking Recycling Operatives to join a busy warehouse in Daventry. You will be responsible for baling and moving recyclable materials, supporting the day-to-day running of the recycling area, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace.

We offer AM and PM shifts with an immediate start for suitable candidates. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with a focus on meeting daily targets and deadlines and working well within a team.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals who can work at pace, meet deadlines and contribute to the smooth running of the operation.

Available Shifts

AM Shift: 6:0am – 2:00pm

PM Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Baling and compacting cardboard for recycling.
• Moving recyclable materials around the operation.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the recycling area.
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• A reliable and hardworking attitude.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
