Job summary

Quest Employment is recruiting Rework Operatives for a busy warehouse operation in Desborough. The role involves checking and reworking customer stock, ensuring products are correctly labelled, packaged and palletised before dispatch.

Shifts are 4 on / 4 off, day and night, with careful attention to quality and safety. This temporary to permanent opportunity offers ongoing work and full training.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, rework, packing or production experience is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work at pace while maintaining quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions and site procedures.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reworking stock to meet customer and site requirements.
• Applying and changing stickers and labels.
• Checking products and packaging for damage or errors.
• Repacking products where required.
• Palletising stock to specific requirements.
• Carrying out quality checks before dispatch.
• Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect stock.
• Supporting customer order preparation.
• Manual handling throughout the shift.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
• Following health & safety and warehouse procedures.

• Days: £13.05 per hour
• Nights: £15.05 per hour

Shifts:

4 on / 4 off - non-rotating shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
