Job description

The WTW Rewards & Data Intelligence Practice is a leading provider of compensation, benefits, and employment practices information to the global employer community. Covering more than 100 countries from our data centres across six continents, we annually compile reports on the remuneration, benefits, and employment practices of local and multinational companies. Our portfolio of products and customised services helps organisations to:

  • Assess and compare the costs of employment within and across regions.
The Role

Rewards Associate Consultant will primarily provide survey and compensation consulting support to UK/EMEA Professional Services clients. The role will assist the growth and profitability of the unit by being responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships among Legal, Accounting, and wider Professional Sector firms—supporting, managing, and growing relationships, revenues, sales, and survey participation;
  • Supporting various survey operations in collaboration with the Professional Services Product Leader—including launch, data quality, analyses, publications, and presentations;
  • Delivering compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews, and conducting pay assessments and bespoke surveys.
Performance Objectives
Excellence
  • Continuously develop technical and consulting skills (e.g., selling and project management skills);
  • Ensure that survey project files are up-to-date and meet excellence standards;
  • Identify ways to improve processes to increase efficiency;
  • Assist survey product team with project management, data validation, and survey reviews.
Client
  • Conduct and support client presentations and forums;
  • Account manage survey clients, conduct job benchmarking, and support their market data requirements;
  • Collaborate with other consultants and the survey production team to deliver surveys and projects on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations through project planning, job matching, pay assessments, and managing correspondence.
Financial
  • Provide survey pricing proposals to new and existing clients;
  • Support and drive revenue growth within assigned industry sectors or surveys.
People
  • Build strong relationships externally and internally, collaborating effectively across teams;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels;
  • Work closely with Customer Services teams for end-to-end account management.

Qualifications
  • Experience in data management, survey, or compensation consulting; numerate with strong data analysis and interpretation skills;
  • Good organisational skills; ability to handle multiple projects efficiently;
  • Self-sufficient and a good team player;
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on quality and customer service;
  • Understanding of compensation, benefits, and broader HR issues;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with senior management;
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and possibly databases or statistical software.
