Amazing Reward Specialist opportunity in a great organisation, which is growing, hence the need for a Reward Analyst.

This Reward Specialist role will join a professional and friendly team and provides analytics for specialist activities relating to salary, benefits, benchmarking, share awards, performance incentive plans, gender pay reports, and much more! A really interesting opportunity that will add to an already strong CV.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide analytics for salary, benefits, benchmarking, and share awards.
  2. Support performance incentive plans and gender pay reports.
  3. Analyze and apply market data and survey systems (e.g., Willis Tower Watson or McLagan).
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Graduate/graduate calibre.
  2. Strong experience in compensation analysis and benchmarking.
  3. Experience with the annual compensation cycle.
  4. Preferably gained experience in the Financial Services Sector.
Personal Skills:
  1. Exemplary organisational and communication skills.
  2. Good commercial judgement.
  3. Ability to hit the ground running.
