Job Description:

We are seeking a Reward Regulations and Remuneration Manager to join our team in London. This full-time role offers a salary of £80,000 - £90,000 plus short-term incentives, along with excellent benefits including income protection and pension contributions. The position focuses on reward governance and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the annual review and implementation of the Material Risk Taker (MRT) Framework.
  • Manage identification, notification, and tracking of MRTs, including pay ratio modelling.
  • Draft key regulatory documentation such as Board and Committee papers, remuneration disclosures, and policy statements.
  • Monitor and interpret emerging regulations (e.g., SMCR, MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, Consumer Duty, AGBR).
  • Support internal audit and assurance reviews related to remuneration governance.
  • Contribute to reward-related aspects of M&A due diligence and integration.
  • Collaborate with HR, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to support the wider reward governance agenda.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong technical knowledge of remuneration regulation in financial services.
  • Experience with governance frameworks and proportionality assessments.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex regulatory data and disclosures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
