A leading financial services organization is seeking a Reward Regulations and Remuneration Manager to oversee governance frameworks and regulatory compliance. This role offers a hybrid working model and an attractive salary package. Reward Regulations and Remuneration Manager
Location: London | Hybrid Working Model
Full-Time | £80,000 – £90,000 base salary + short-term incentives

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead the annual review and implementation of the Material Risk Taker (MRT) Framework
* Manage identification, notification, and tracking of MRTs, including pay ratio modelling
* Draft key regulatory documentation: Board and Committee papers, remuneration disclosures, and policy statements
* Monitor and interpret emerging regulations (e.g. SMCR, MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, Consumer Duty, AGBR)
* Support internal audit and assurance reviews related to remuneration governance
* Contribute to reward-related aspects of M&A due diligence and integration
* Collaborate with HR, Risk, Compliance and Finance to support the wider reward governance agenda
Candidate Profile:
* Strong technical knowledge of remuneration regulation in financial services
* Experience with governance frameworks and proportionality assessments
* High attention to detail and ability to manage complex regulatory data and disclosures
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Organised, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
