Reward Regulations and Remuneration Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Lead the annual review and implementation of the Material Risk Taker (MRT) Framework
  2. Manage identification, notification, and tracking of MRTs, including pay ratio modelling
  3. Draft key regulatory documentation: Board and Committee papers, remuneration disclosures, and policy statements
  4. Monitor and interpret emerging regulations (e.g., SMCR, MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, Consumer Duty, AGBR)
  5. Support internal audit and assurance reviews related to remuneration governance
  6. Contribute to reward-related aspects of M&A due diligence and integration
  7. Collaborate with HR, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to support the wider reward governance agenda
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong technical knowledge of remuneration regulation in financial services
  • Experience with governance frameworks and proportionality assessments
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex regulatory data and disclosures
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
