Job summary

Sullivan Brown Resourcing Partners - HR Recruitment Experts is seeking an experienced Reward Operations Specialist to join its People function in a hybrid role based in the UK. You will lead end-to-end UK payroll, manage pensions and employee benefits, and support reward activities with strong controls and data integrity.

You will work with an outsourced payroll provider and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate payments, compliance with PAYE and HMRC, and successful salary reviews

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience in a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, RTI, HMRC requirements.
• Experience with pensions and auto-enrolment processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly payroll cycle with starters/leavers and salary changes.
• Administer workplace pensions and auto-enrolment processes.
• Support employee benefits administration and annual salary review processes.
• Produce payroll reports, reconciliations and exception analysis.
• Collaborate with outsourced payroll provider to resolve queries and maintain audit records.
