Job summary

Williams F1 Team is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to oversee reward, benefits and recognition processes across the organisation. You will ensure data integrity, timely cyclical reward activities, and support a data-driven reward strategy.

You will work with the People & Culture function, manage providers, maintain compliance, and lead or contribute to system upgrades and improvements while delivering exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reward, benefits, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of reward and benefits practices, processes, and regulatory considerations.
• High proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical capability with experience turning data into actionable insight.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of all reward processes, including annual pay review and bonus cycles.
• Maintain accurate reward data across People systems with governance and data integrity.
• Produce analytics, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Support system upgrades and policy reviews related to reward and benefits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
