Job summary

Williams F1 Team is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to oversee reward, benefits and recognition operations across the organisation. You will maintain data integrity in People systems, run cyclical reward activities, manage providers, and support a data-driven reward strategy with insights for decision-making.

Collaborating with the People & Culture function, you will ensure regulatory compliance and create a high-quality employee experience while leveraging AI opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reward, benefits, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of reward and benefits practices, processes, and legal/regulatory considerations.
• High proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical capability with experience turning data into actionable insight.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of all reward processes, including annual pay review, bonus cycles, and benefit renewal windows.
• Maintain accurate reward data within People systems, ensuring governance, data integrity and compliance.
• Produce analytics, dashboards, and regular reports to support decision-making.
• Act as operational owner for Workday Advanced Compensation, partnering with People Systems on enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support the Head of Reward with modelling scenarios, costing proposals, and evaluating reward outcomes.
• Manage the full suite of employee benefits, including health, wellbeing, insurance, pensions, and lifestyle benefits.
• Lead relationships with benefit providers and brokers, ensuring service and value for money.
• Oversee renewals, remarketing cycles, scheme design changes, and escalated queries.
• Ensure benefits are clearly communicated to employees.
• Monitor uptake and effectiveness, producing insights to enhance the offering.
• Provide guidance on reward and benefit policies to People & Culture and line managers.
• Support cost cap optimisation with accurate reporting.
• Resolve complex reward and benefits queries with exceptional service.
• Lead or support reward-related projects and process improvements, including AI opportunities with the People Systems team.
