Atlassian Williams F1 Team is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to lead the operation of reward, benefits, and recognition processes across the organisation. You will maintain data integrity and deliver timely cyclical reward activities, while supporting a data-driven reward strategy.

You will manage benefit providers, lead analytics, and act as the operational owner for Workday Advanced Compensation, partnering with People Systems for enhancements and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reward, benefits, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of reward and benefits practices, processes, and regulatory considerations.
• High proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical capability with data-driven insight.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of all reward processes, including annual pay review, bonus cycles, and benefit renewal windows.
• Maintain accurate reward data within People systems, ensuring compliance, governance, and data integrity.
• Produce high-quality analytics, dashboards, and regular reports to support decision-making.
• Act as operational owner for Workday Advanced Compensation, partnering with People Systems on enhancements and issue resolution.
• Support the Head of Reward with modelling scenarios, costing proposals, and evaluating reward outcomes.
