The role

We are working in exclusive partnership with a market leading brand as they further look to build out their Operations, Reward and Data capability. As part of the build out, they are now looking to hire a Reward Manager to further develop their compensation and benefits framework.

About the company

Our client is a market-leading brand, driving innovation and performance. With fresh investment and energy, the business is poised for further growth and now looking to build out their Reward, Data and Operations function.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Salary structure & benchmarking
  • Integrating compensation and rewards to performance management
  • Managing benefits renewals & reviewing new/alternative options or enhancing existing offerings
  • Improving communication & adoption of current initiatives – people experience aspects
  • Improving the self service of benefits
  • Reward programme development & introduction of a Reward Gateway/System
  • Budgeting
  • Compliance
  • Data analysis, KPI development & reporting
