The Role

As a Reward Consultant / Analyst supporting Ardonagh Specialty and reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, you will support the compensation strategy and implementation.

This will involve participation in key strategic initiatives, compensation reports and analytics, assistance with the year-end process, and support for HR and business stakeholders.

Key Role Accountabilities

1. Stakeholder management: Partner with HR, Finance, and the business to deliver solutions related to benefits, pensions, new hires, budgeting, reporting, benchmarking, etc.
2. Support the Senior Reward Manager in daily Reward initiatives.
3. Reporting: Assist in building architecture, reporting, and insights using data sources in Ardonagh Specialty, including supporting quarterly bonus build files with finance.
4. Design and build: Monitor and support the design and implementation of Reward elements and policies to meet business needs.
5. Year-end process: Support the delivery from budgeting and strategy to analytics, insights, and Remco Papers.

Qualifications, Experience & Person Specification

• Ideal for someone seeking exposure to the full spectrum of Total Reward activities and interested in shaping Reward strategies.
• Experience in Reward/Compensation roles, with proven problem-solving and solution delivery skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivots, IF statements, VLOOKUPs).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced PE environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
