Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking a Revit Technician for a well-established Building Services Engineering Consultancy in London. You will produce detailed 2D and 3D MEP models in Revit, work closely with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to develop coordinated designs, and produce accurate drawings throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Experience as Revit Technician in Building Services/MEP.
• Strong Revit proficiency and ability to produce MEP models and drawings.
• Understanding BIM processes and coordination; collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit.
• Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to develop designs.
• Produce accurate drawings and detailed design information.
• Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Ensure models and drawings meet project requirements.
• Update and maintain Revit models through design stages.
• Support delivery from concept to construction.
• Liaise with engineers and other disciplines for good coordination.

Revit Technician

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

Working: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days working from home

We're working with a well-established Building Services Engineering Consultancy that is looking to add a talented Revit Technician to their growing team.

The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality MEP and sustainable engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, retail and hospitality.

This is a great opportunity for a Revit Technician looking to work on a varied project portfolio while developing their technical and BIM skills within a collaborative engineering environment.

The Role

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit
• Work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to develop coordinated designs
• Produce accurate drawings and detailed design information
• Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection
• Work with project teams to ensure models and drawings meet project requirements
• Update and maintain Revit models throughout the design process
• Support the delivery of projects from concept through to detailed design and construction
• Liaise with engineers and other disciplines to ensure effective coordination

About You

• Previous experience working as a Revit Technician within Building Services / MEP
• Strong working knowledge of Revit
• Experience producing MEP models and technical drawings
• Understanding of BIM processes and coordination
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and wider project teams
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Experience within a consultancy environment would be advantageous
