Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Revit Technician (MEP) in Cornwall to join a growing building services consultancy. The role focuses on creating and managing detailed Revit models for MEP projects, producing coordinated drawings and construction documentation, and supporting BIM coordination with consultants.

Cornwall (Commutable from: Truro, Redruth, Camborne, Falmouth, Newquay, St Austell, Helston, Penzance)

Are you a Revit Technician, BIM Technician or MEP Revit Technician looking to join a growing building services consultancy where you can play a key role, develop your technical capability and progress as the business expands?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity that provides long term development opportunities in a role based from a Cornwall office, with hybrid working available, supporting a range of building services (MEP) projects across the South West and beyond.

This well-established specialist consultancy has grown rapidly since being set up and is known for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical design solutions into sectors such as MOD, MOJ and Healthcare. Due to continued growth plans and ongoing project demand, they are now looking to add a Revit Technician to strengthen their BIM capability.

In this role you will create and manage detailed Revit models for MEP projects, producing coordinated technical drawings and construction documentation. You will work closely with engineers and external consultants, support BIM coordination meetings and clash detection, and help maintain templates, families and company BIM standards, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit a Revit Technician with MEP Revit experience looking for a technically developing role, more responsibility and progression as the business continues to grow.

The Role:

• Create and manage detailed Revit models for MEP (building services) projects
• Produce coordinated drawings, layouts and construction documentation
• Support BIM coordination / clash detection and model coordination with consultants
• Maintain drawing registers, templates and Revit families, improving BIM workflows
• Office based in Cornwall with hybrid working available (flexible working pattern)

The Person:

• Revit Technician / BIM Technician with MEP (building services) Revit modelling experience
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and BIM standards
• Commutable to Cornwall
