Qualifications

• Proven Revit experience for MEP building services projects.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed Revit models for MEP (building services) projects.
• Produce coordinated drawings, layouts and construction documentation.
• Support BIM coordination, clash detection and model coordination with consultants.
• Maintain drawing registers, templates and Revit families, improving BIM workflows.
• Office-based in Cornwall with hybrid working available.
