Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist BIM team on a 3-month contract. The role is fully remote and focuses on Stage 5 delivery for a university project and other live schemes.

You will coordinate MEP models, manage clashes, and support construction delivery while working independently in a remote setup. You should bring strong Revit MEP capability and experience with Stage 5, plus the ability to communicate effectively with BIM,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator/BIM Coordinator.
• Strong Revit MEP capability.
• Experience delivering projects at RIBA Stage 5.
• Strong understanding of MEP services coordination.
• Experience producing detailed coordinated models.
• Ability to identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Stage 5 MEP coordination across live projects.
• Develop and coordinate MEP models using Revit.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health services.
• Review models and identify coordination issues.
• Support clash detection and resolution.
• Produce accurate coordinated information for project delivery.
• Work closely with BIM, design and engineering teams.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a specialist BIM team on an initial 3-month contract.

The role is fully remote and will primarily involve supporting the delivery of a university project currently at RIBA Stage 5, alongside other live projects. They're looking for someone who can integrate quickly into the team and provide strong hands-on MEP coordination capability.

Candidates who already have their own software licences would be preferred, although licences may be available if required.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

• Working on a major university project alongside other scheme
• Developing and coordinating MEP models using Revit
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services
