Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator in Canary Wharf, London. You will produce fully coordinated Revit models for mechanical, electrical and public health services, and generate installation-ready drawings for live projects.

The role requires hands-on coordination with a strong Revit and Navisworks skill set, plus experience on live construction sites. A background with Revit Fabrication is advantageous and you will liaise across design and construction teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in an MEP/Services Coordinator role, ideally at Stage 5.
• Strong background with an MEP/M&E contractor.
• Excellent knowledge of Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience using Revit Fabrication.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health services in live construction.

MEP Revit Coordinator

Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum
Sector: MEP / Building Services / Construction

We are currently recruiting for an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join an established MEP team working on major commercial projects in Canary Wharf.

This is a hands‑on coordination and technical role, ideal for an experienced MEP professional who is confident working with Revit and understands how MEP services need to be coordinated and delivered on live construction projects.

You will be responsible for taking design information through to fully coordinated, installation‑ready drawings and models, working closely with project teams to ensure services can be practically installed on site.

The Role

• Producing accurate and fully coordinated Revit models for mechanical, electrical and public health services.

• Developing working Revit models and installation drawings through to Stage 5 and construction.

• Using Revit Fabrication to produce detailed MEP models.

• Producing fully coordinated working and installation drawings from design intent information.

• Coordinating combined MEP services to ensure spatial and installation requirements are achieved.

• Using Navisworks Manage to identify and resolve clashes between building services and other elements of the construction.

• Producing sections, details and schematics to support practical installation.

• Liaising with project, design and site teams to resolve coordination and installation issues.

• Undertaking site surveys where required.

• Producing accurate as‑built drawings from site surveys and marked‑up installation drawings.

• Reviewing project files and drawings to ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications and project protocols.

• Checking drawings and models as part of the quality control process.

• Managing drawing production in line with project programmes and deadlines.

• Maintaining accurate drawing registers and project documentation.

• Supporting the wider project team with technical coordination and problem solving.

• Incorporating COBie data where required.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong hands‑on MEP coordination experience who understands the transition from design through to construction and installation.

You will ideally have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an MEP/Services Coordinator position, ideally at Stage 5.

• Strong experience working for an MEP/M&E contractor.

• Excellent working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks Manage.

• Experience working with Revit Fabrication.

• A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health services and how they interact within a live construction environment.

• Experience producing installation‑ready working drawings.

• Experience coordinating services on live construction projects.

• The ability to interpret design information and develop it into practical, buildable solutions.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a practical understanding of MEP installation.

• The ability to manage workloads and meet project deadlines.
