Job summary

Red King Resourcing is seeking a BIM Technician to join a Leeds-based BIM and Digital Construction consultancy. You will develop BIM models in Autodesk Revit and support coordination and documentation on major projects.

This office-based role is Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, with a salary range of £27,000–£34,000 depending on experience; a relevant degree or industry experience is required, and the right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Relevant degree, qualification, or commercial experience within BIM, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of BIM processes and digital construction workflows.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A desire to develop a long-term career within BIM and Digital Engineering.

BIM Technician / Revit Technician

Leeds (LS12) | Office-Based 5 Days per Week | Permanent

My client is a leading BIM and Digital Construction consultancy specialising in BIM Management, MEP Coordination, Architectural Modelling, Model Federation and Digital Engineering support for major construction and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally. They are based in Leeds (LS12) and are continuing to expand their technical delivery team.

Salary

£27,000 per annum (circa 1 year's experience)

£34,000 per annum (circa 3 years' experience)

The Role

• Producing and developing BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Supporting BIM coordination and model review activities.
• Producing technical drawings and project documentation.
• Working alongside BIM Coordinators and Project Teams.
• Assisting with clash detection and model federation processes.
• Contributing to the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.
