Job summary

Centre People Appointments is seeking an Architectural Assistant (Part 2, Revit Specialist) for their London office to support refurbishment projects across the UK. You will produce detailed drawings and BIM models in Revit, coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams, and contribute through design to construction stages.

The ideal candidate holds a RIBA Part 2 qualification with at least 2 years' experience, strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, and proficiency in Revit.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part 2 qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Proficient in Revit BIM modelling.
• Experience with office refurbishment or similar projects.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and edit drawings, models, images, and other design-related documents.
• Produce BIM/Revit models and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Assist with design presentations and detailing.
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Support projects through construction delivery.
