About the Role
As a Process Improvement Manager, you’ll report to the Process Improvement Lead and be instrumental in delivering transformation initiatives across our national operations. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, supporting the deployment of strategic changes and coaching regional teams to achieve sustainable performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong partnerships with deployment teams and operational colleagues to drive change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with revision standards and governance.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding transformation deployment teams.
• Coach teams on revision processes and optimise tool usage within national agreements.
• Support the deployment of operational solutions aligned with future strategies.
• Equip field teams with the knowledge and skills needed to foster a change-focused culture.
About You
You’re a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong background in process improvement and change management. You bring a collaborative mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven experience in project and programme management.
• Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in supporting change initiatives and process improvements.
• Deep understanding of operational processes and transformation principles.
• Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and reports for diverse audiences.
You will be based at the office nearest to where you live. With this role there may be an element of travel required but minimal, will have to be flexible and on rare occasions, attend units on other shifts depending on the project requirements to support Transformation deployment etc.
Next Steps
