Martin Brower UK & Ireland is hiring a Reverse Logistics Operative in Darlington to support recycling, hygiene and sustainability operations in a multi-temperature environment. You will process materials, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure safety and compliance across the distribution centre, collaborating with colleagues to keep daily operations efficient.

Responsibilities

• Support recycling and reverse logistics activities, ensuring materials are processed, packed, and prepared accurately for collection and delivery.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Help maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, and compliance throughout the distribution centre.
• Operate equipment and machinery safely, following training and established procedures.
• Complete operational schedules and documentation accurately and within required timescales.
• Promote and support AIB, DQMP, workplace organisation, and health and safety standards across all activities.
• Contribute to a clean, organised, and environmentally responsible working environment that supports continuous improvement.
