We are seeking a Revenues Operation Team Leader to support the Revenues Operation Manager in delivering an excellent, customer-focused, and inclusive front-line Council Tax service.
The role involves collaborating with the Revenues Operation Manager to ensure the delivery of a prompt and efficient Council Tax service. Responsibilities include quality assurance, resource planning, verifying discounts and exemptions for authenticity, and taking swift action to recover debts where inappropriate awards or deception are identified.
You will assist in ensuring all operational aspects of Council Tax are managed proficiently to protect the client's income.
