About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems Manager, based in London (hybrid working preferred), to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead the optimisation, administration, and integration of our revenue tech stack—HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, and other tools. This role is at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success, driving operational efficiency, visibility, and scale across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own configuration, integration, and management of RevOps tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong.
  • Design and implement scalable processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Partner with teams to improve workflows and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and data workflows for revenue and customer engagement visibility.
  • Monitor data hygiene, governance, and enrichment efforts.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and documentation for go-to-market teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and renewals.
  • Serve as SME on HubSpot automation, lifecycle stages, lead routing, CRM best practices.
  • Design automation workflows aligned with lifecycle stages and handoff processes.
  • Innovate and improve RevOps tools and systems as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in CRM systems management.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot administration, automation, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market processes.
