Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a proactive Finance Operations professional to join the Executive Revenue Operations Helpdesk – EMEA within the Finance Department. You will help manage Client/Matter setups, maintenance, and support ad-hoc queries with a strong focus on data accuracy and process improvement.

The role requires collaboration across teams, attention to detail, and flexibility to work overtime during month-ends or peak periods.

Competenze

• Experience in finance administration or vendor administration is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP or Aderant systems is advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Open Client Matter Inception forms via Intapp ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain matter records and ensure invoices use correct client details.
• Create time narratives, basic WIP reports and handle time-entry requests.
• Maintain vendor master data and support data quality controls.
• Respond to Revenue Helpdesk queries for EMEA and provide timely updates.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly financial reports for the business.
