Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a proactive Finance Operations professional to join the EMEA revenue operations helpdesk. You will support client/matter setups, maintenance, invoicing accuracy, and reporting while liaising across teams. A self-starter attitude and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

The role involves time entry management, vendor data upkeep, and responding to inquiries with timely financial updates. Hybrid work and ongoing professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong communication and liaison skills across levels.
• Adaptable and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to task completion.
• Experience in vendor administration, Accounts Payable or finance admin is desirable.
• SAP or Aderant system experience and PowerBI knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Opening Client Matter Inception forms via Intapp with correct engagement data.
• Maintaining Matter data for accurate invoicing with client/payors details.
• Creating/amending time narratives and basic WIP reports; manage time entries and closures.
• Maintaining Vendor master data; prepare and create vendor records; ensure data quality.
• Support Working Capital Team Leaders with duties and ad-hoc tasks as directed.
• Respond to Revenue Helpdesk inbox queries for EMEA and prepare monthly/weekly financial reports.
