Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP seeks an Executive, Revenue Operations Helpdesk - EMEA to support client/matter setups, maintenance and finance reporting. The role requires a proactive self-starter with strong communication, a knack for data accuracy and confidentiality.

The position is a 12-month FTC with hybrid work arrangements. You will work within the Finance Operations team, handling matters from inception through maintenance, time narratives and vendor data, while delivering timely financial

Competenze

Team player with strong communication and stakeholder liaison.
Adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated and focused on completing tasks.
Experience in vendor administration, AP or finance administration desirable.
SAP or Aderant experience and PowerBI knowledge advantageous.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
Development mindset and willingness to learn.
Flexible hours and ability to work month-end overtime.

Mansioni

Open Client Matter Inception forms via Intapp, ensuring correct matter data.
Maintain Matter Maintenance to ensure invoices have correct client and payers’ details.
Create/amend time narratives and basic WIP reports; handle time transfers.
Maintain Vendor master data records; prepare and create vendor records.
Undertake duties as directed by Working Capital Team Leaders and Managers.
Respond to Revenue Helpdesk inbox queries for EMEA.
Report daily/weekly/monthly financial updates to the business.
