Job summary

Ebury London is seeking a Commercial Analyst to drive efficiency across revenue functions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Data leadership, using data to optimise processes, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

The role requires a few years in analytics or RevOps, strong data sense, and ability to translate insights for senior stakeholders. London Victoria, hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH, with a discretionary bonus and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations or similar analytics role.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL, and CRM systems.
• Understanding of revenue lifecycle from pipeline to renewals.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Analytics: analyze data across the revenue funnel and build KPIs/dashboards for visibility into pipeline health and revenue performance.
• Process Optimisation: assess end-to-end revenue processes and implement improvements to pipeline, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
• Forecasting & Reporting: own regular revenue performance reports and provide insights on growth opportunities.
• CRM & Systems Ownership: maintain and improve the CRM and revenue tech stack; train teams.
• Automation & Tooling: identify opportunities to automate manual tasks across revenue workflows.
• Strategic Support: provide data-driven analysis for cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product.
• AI-Enabled Analysis: use AI tools to speed up analysis and drafting reports, models, or scripts.
