Job summary

Hyve Group in London is hiring a Pricing Analyst to support pricing across our events. You will report to the Head of Pricing in a hybrid role based at the London office, working alongside Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data & Analytics teams.

You will turn complex data into practical pricing recommendations, build revenue impact models, and monitor pricing performance to inform strategic decisions across geographies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a pricing or commercial strategy role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to present complex data clearly.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset; able to work across cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse event transaction and post-event data to provide pricing insights.
• Build financial models to estimate revenue impact of pricing initiatives.
• Prepare and present analytical findings to Leaders with support from Head of Pricing.
• Monitor performance of price changes and track against the business plan.
• Identify pricing best practices and potential models to enhance performance.
• Stay informed on inflationary trends to shape pricing strategy.
