Job summary

ATG Entertainment in the UK is seeking a machine learning engineer to deliver production-ready ML solutions that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. You will join a growing ML team and own parts of the ML estate, collaborating with Data Science, Technology, Product and commercial teams.

You will build and deploy models, create data pipelines and MLOps workflows in Snowflake and AWS, monitor model performance, and contribute to LLM-powered tools and decision-support

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, or similar role.
• Experience building and optimising data science workloads in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong Python and SQL, including writing complex queries and well-structured, tested code.
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production, with a working understanding of MLOps (CI/CD, versioning, reproducibility).
• Experience building monitoring, alerting, and observability for data or ML systems.
• Able to work effectively with data scientists and data engineers, and to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce production-ready ML solutions to improve revenue, customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
• Own defined workstreams in the revenue management application, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
• Productionise ML models end-to-end: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, inference, and delivery of pricing recommendations.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and MLOps workflows in AWS and Snowflake.
• Design monitoring for model outputs and dashboards to track performance daily.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Technology, Product and commercial teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
