A dynamic hospitality group in Brighton is seeking a driven Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy for their premium hotel. This role demands analytical skills, leadership qualities, and experience in revenue management to drive performance in a high-performing 200 bedroom property. Based in Brighton, MRK are exclusively working with our fast-growing hospitality client who are seeking a commercially focused individual to join them as a Revenue Manager, on a permanent basis.
This role would suit an experienced Revenue Manager with at least 2 years of experience or an experienced Reservations Manager who will be responsible for leading revenue strategy and reservations for a recently opened, high-performing 200 bedroom property.
This well-established UK hotel group operates within the premium sector and continues to invest in its people and technology to maintain strong revenue performance and competitiveness in the market. As the hotel celebrates a successful first year of operations, this is a great opportunity for someone to take ownership of the commercial strategy in a dynamic and evolving environment.
The successful candidate will be analytical, resilient and able to think creatively when approaching challenges to drive business performance. Experience with revenue management and property management systems is essential, with Duetto as a preferred RMS, though not essential. Strong forecasting, analytical, and commercial acumen is key, along with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and proven leadership qualities.
