The Assistant Revenue Manager will support the revenue management team by implementing revenue maximization strategies, analyzing revenue streams, and assisting in forecasting and budgeting processes to optimize hotel revenue.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the hotel’s revenue management by executing strategies as directed by the Cluster DRM
• Analyze recent revenue trends across all streams and support forecasting efforts
• Coach and develop a revenue maximization culture within the hotel
• Utilize BI tools and market intelligence to inform strategies
• Participate in strategy meetings and support annual budgeting processes
