Job summary

Student Castle is seeking a Revenue & Data Performance Manager to maximise occupancy, revenue and yield across its student accommodation portfolio. This role reports to the Head of Sales and combines pricing strategy with data analytics to drive commercial performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to produce forecasts, model scenarios and deliver actionable insights for growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Revenue Management or a commercial analytics role.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and scenario-planning capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Clear understanding of pricing strategy and revenue optimisation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and yield strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Produce occupancy and revenue forecasts, scenario planning and demand modelling.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM, PMS, BI systems and data sources.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Property teams.
