Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is offering a 13-month Revenue Growth Management Internship in Market Drayton. You will define, implement and analyse the commercial strategy across the Müller branded portfolio, focusing on Pricing, Promotions, Pack Architecture, Mix and Terms, using data-driven insights to create mutual value for shoppers, customers, and Müller.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, GCSE English and Maths, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a keen interest in leadership and change management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
• Capability to work across multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines, and prioritise tasks in a rapidly changing environment
• Creative mindset to support research and innovation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
• Full UK driving licence, held for at least one year by the [insert programme start date]

Responsibilities

• Weekly Reporting: Ownership of accurately updating and distributing weekly reports to the RGM team and wider stakeholders.
• Marketing Support: Complete planned and ad hoc analysis to support Marketing initiatives and strategy.
• Portfolio Management: Take responsibility for the commercial strategy of the Müller Rice portfolio, utilising the RGM levers to deliver growth.
• Performance Analysis: Complete regular analysis of performance and proactively share output / recommendations with wider stakeholders.
• RGM Ambassador: Represent RGM in key internal meetings, weekly and monthly.
• Collaborative Group Projects: Work alongside other placement students on a group project, enhancing teamwork and problem-soling skills

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will play a vital part in defining, implementing and analysing our commercial strategy across the Müller branded portfolio.
