Job summary

Müller offers a 13-month Demand Planner Internship starting July 2027 in Market Drayton, England. The role requires on-site work (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) with a minimum of 3 days per week on site.

As a Demand Planner Intern, you will analyse marketing and sales data to forecast future demand, collaborate across Commercial, Finance and Marketing, and align forecasts with promotions and new product launches; you’ll also participate in a group project with other placement students.

Whatyou'llbe doing:

As a Demand Planner at Müller, you will play a vital role in our supply chain by analysing marketing and sales data to accurately forecast future demand for our products. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various departments, providing you with valuable exposure to the Commercial, Finance and Marketing teams. You will align sales forecasts with key initiatives such as promotions, new product launches, and seasonal events.

Key tasks & responsibilities include:

• Forecast Management: Oversee account-level forecasting to enhance service levels and minimise waste
• Data analysis: Analyse statistical data to develop effective forecasting solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal commercial teams to generate insights that improve short- and medium-term forecasting accuracy
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to foster collaboration between Müller and our customers
• Collaborative Group Projects: Work alongside other placement students on a group project, enhancing teamwork and problem-soling skills.

Whatwe'relooking for:

Müller are looking for confident students with an analytical mindset for this 13-month placement. We’re seeking university students who are on track to achieve a 2:1 and above and are looking for a placement year role.

• UK Driving License: Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least one year
• UK Residency: Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
