Responsibilities

• Processing weekly and monthly payment runs to holiday homeowners via booking platforms, ensuring accurate records.
• Using Excel to analyse data, identify discrepancies and support financial reporting.
• Processing and recording refunds; ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Responding to homeowner queries by phone and written correspondence.
• Investigating and resolving payment and reconciliation issues; assisting with year-end audit prep.
• Supporting colleagues with finance tasks and system queries as needed.
