Job summary

Immersive Labs in Bristol is seeking a Finance Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working. You will manage purchase ledgers, assist with month-end processes, and support the Financial Controller with varied accounting duties.

AAT qualification or progress toward it is expected, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. The role requires experience in Excel, ledger management and receivable/payables administration, and offers a path to develop in a growing

Qualifications

• AAT qualification or active study in progress.
• Experience in a Finance Assistant role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, ledgers, receivable/payables and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Purchase ledger: process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Transactional bookkeeping within the accounting system.
• Process and reconcile multi-currency banking transactions.
• Admin and reconciliation of company credit cards and expenses.
• Process expense claims and ensure receipts are provided.
• Finance processes: ensure timely and accurate procedures.
• Support month-end reconciliations for purchase and sales ledgers.
