We are looking for a hardworking, thoughtful, and driven client-facing enablement professional to make a significant impact on our Client-Facing Group globally. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and/or sales enablement roles and is eager to develop their skills while embracing new challenges and solutions.

About The Role

Your responsibilities include collaborating with the Enablement Team, the Consulting Group, and partnering with Business Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your immediate focus will be onboarding new sales team members and supporting top-of-funnel sales activities. You will facilitate communication across departments and ensure product and process knowledge is effectively shared.

  • Design, develop, and execute sales enablement solutions aligned with strategic initiatives and business goals.
  • Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience that reflects the monday.com culture and accelerates new hires' success.
  • Create training curricula within allocated time and budget.
  • Establish relationships with Sales Leadership to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and develop solutions for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-departmental units to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor sales enablement metrics to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach sales staff on selling skills, product knowledge, and processes.
  • Coordinate and run end-to-end onboarding programs for new sales team members.
  • Regionalize training content to include UKI-specific deals, customers, and competitors.
  • Monitor sales objectives and results related to training sessions and workshops.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years in full-cycle sales roles or sales training-related roles.
  • Experience in management, training, or onboarding, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for developing others.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and enablement tools like Gong, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Guru, Articulate Rise, Highspot, Slack, and Looker is a plus.
