Job summary

Totum Partners is recruiting an experienced Revenue Controller for a leading UK law firm based in Birmingham. The hybrid role combines office presence with home working across a portfolio of Partners in Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.

You will lead WIP meetings, drive billing cycles, and collaborate with Partners to effectively manage their portfolios. This is a senior, partner-facing position requiring a strong legal billing background and 3E experience.

We're working with a leading UK law firm looking to recruit an experienced Revenue Controller to join its Finance team. Based in Birmingham, this hybrid role offers three days in the office and two days working from home

Supporting a portfolio of approximately 20-22 Partners across Real Estate and Dispute Resolution, this is a highly Partner-facing position focused on billing and WIP management. You'll be responsible for leading WIP meetings, driving matters through the billing cycle and working closely with Partners to effectively manage their portfolios.

We're keen to speak with experienced Revenue Controllers who have a strong legal billing background and are confident working directly with Partners within a law firm environment. This is not a step-up opportunity; our client is seeking an established Revenue Controller who can hit the ground running.
