Totum Partners is recruiting an experienced Revenue Controller for a leading UK law firm based in Birmingham. The hybrid role combines office presence with home working across a portfolio of Partners in Real Estate and Dispute Resolution.

You will lead WIP meetings, drive billing cycles, and collaborate with Partners to effectively manage their portfolios. This is a senior, partner-facing position requiring a strong legal billing background and 3E experience.

Qualifications

• Proven Revenue Control experience within a law firm.
• Strong legal billing background.
• Experience leading WIP meetings with Partners.
• Strong WIP management experience.
• Elite 3E experience is essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior fee earners where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Partners across Real Estate and Dispute Resolution and drive billing cycles.
• Chair WIP meetings and coordinate with Partners to manage their matters.
• Collaborate with Partners to optimize billing and cash flow.
• Provide clear communication and guidance on billing processes to senior stakeholders.
