Job summary

HRC Recruitment, Jersey, is seeking a Billing & Revenue Controller to join a professional finance team. The role covers end-to-end billing, revenue control, credit control and cash allocation, with a focus on accuracy and timely processes.

You will monitor WIP, manage eBilling submissions, produce billing, debtor and WIP reports, and build strong relationships with internal teams and clients. Jersey-based with full right to work; salary up to £50,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, revenue control or credit control.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• eBilling experience desirable; Aderant advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end billing and collection cycle.
• Monitoring WIP and progressing matters towards billing.
• Managing eBilling submissions and resolving queries/rejections.
• Supporting debt collection and cash allocation.
• Producing billing, debtor and WIP reports.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls.
