Wenow have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Revenue Assistant to join our fantastic team.

About the role
As a Revenue Assistant within our UK Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the recovery of referred debt and assisting with the administration of case referrals to solicitors. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Controller, you will help maintain accurate records and liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including Finance Managers, Heads of Finance, and external parties. You will be responsible for keeping systems updated, handling email correspondence related to revenue management, and providing timely updates to aid the recovery process. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining effective communication will directly support the financial health of our organisation. You should be confident with difficult conversations with parents and stakeholders, able to challenge decisions when necessary. If you're organised, confident working with data, and enjoy solving problems within a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to develop your finance career in a collaborative and purpose-driven team.

This a full-time 6 month fixed term contract role with a proposed start date in early June. The position will behome-based with occasional travel required to collaborate with schools and finance teams.

Working independently from home, you are highly organised and thrive on managing multiple priorities. You’ll be comfortable working with sensitive financial data and engaging with schools, parents, solicitors, and colleagues across the business. A personal commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing is essential, as is your enthusiasm to adapt to change and support the wider UK Finance team when needed.
